About the product and operator
Castfolio is a local character card player. The operator and copyright holder is Caelune, China. Contact caelune.support@gmail.com for questions.
What the purchase covers
The purchase covers the player layer, preconfiguration, and update service. The price is $19 as a one time purchase, with no subscription. A purchase grants you a personal license to install and use the player layer on devices you own. Updates within the purchased major version are free. Future major version upgrade pricing is to be confirmed. Model services and provider charges are separate.
Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout by the payment provider acting as merchant of record. Purchases and downloads are not open yet. This website accepts no orders, payments, or reservations.
The payment provider and public release details will be identified before purchases become available.
Your cards and content
Use only character cards and other content you have the right to use. This site does not distribute community cards. You remain responsible for the content you import and your use of external model services. These terms do not claim ownership of your original content.
External services and local data
The app runs and saves cards, stories, and settings on your computer. If you use an online model, requests go directly to the provider you select. That provider may receive conversation content and applies its own terms, fees, and privacy policy. Keep backups of important local data.
Open source components
Bundled open source components retain their respective licenses, including AGPL where applicable. A purchase does not restrict rights those licenses grant. License notices and access to corresponding source must be included with the release.
Corresponding source will be provided with the product release. The product and its source download are not available from this website yet.
Refunds and support
We offer an unconditional refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy for the request process. Contact caelune.support@gmail.com for support.
Final legal provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We may update these terms. Applicable mandatory consumer rights and open source license rights remain unaffected.
